That’s exactly why we offer a $10 “starter” call—to give you the chance to try different Ladies and find the right match. We also provide email access, bios, and other tools to help you make the best choice. The reality: genuine complaints are rare. Most issues stem from simple misunderstandings—misheard fantasies, communication breakdowns, or mismatched expectations. These situations are not refundable. Refunds are only considered if the issue was 100% our fault, and even then, only under the conditions below. How to File a Complaint Email Rick directly at PhoneSexNasty@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible—times, dates, what went wrong. Only if it is clear that the Agent was completely at fault will a refund be considered. These cases are very rare. Refund Rules Refunds are capped at the $10 starter rate. You cannot spend 30 minutes on a call, claim it had a bad connection, and expect compensation. You control the call—you can always hang up. If you hang up quickly (within the first 30 seconds), your complaint will be taken more seriously. Chronic complaints will not be honored. Repeat refund requests reflect poorly on the client, not the Agents. We reserve the right to close your account permanently if necessary. What We Will NOT Refund Because you didn’t like the Agent. (That’s the point of the $10 trial.) Because you didn’t like how your fantasy/fetish was handled, speak up during the call. Vague or detail-free complaints (“It was bad,” “I didn’t like it,” etc.). If you broke the Caller Agreement. (It’s provided at sign-up—ignorance is not an excuse.) Account Closure If you’d like your account closed, email PhoneSexNasty@gmail.com with your request. Once closed, you won’t be able to log in or create a new account across any of our sites. Re-opening an account is possible by request, but we reserve the right to decline.
