Credit Card Safety at Lusty Voice

A few weeks ago something really interesting happened that I just had to share on the website. While answering the customer service line, I had a conversation with a very sweet client who was super nervous about entering his credit card information into our system. I get where he’s coming from because I use my credit card for online purchases too. I took some time to explain how our system works, and some of the steps we take to ensure privacy even though I’m not a tech expert.

I mentioned to him that hackers often target the medical field and big retail stores like Target and Walmart for CC information and those places are more likely to be hacked. The adult industry sometimes gets a bad rap, but the minority are shady. Most companies do want to protect your data and it only makes sense.

I wanted to assure him that Lusty Voice is legit and is always evolving in regards to security. Protecting private data is an ongoing process that will never end. Lusty Voice is not here for business for one, we’ve been here for years.

Speaking of our company, each agent has their own personal info in their account. It just makes sense to keep everything secure for ourselves AND our clients. The adult industry has a negative reputation, and while some of it has been well deserved in the past, it is important to remember that porn has always been a leader in technology development and is very forward-thinking. I’m telling you, if it weren’t for porn we’d all still be on dial-up connections.

It makes sense for us to protect your data. We don’t even store your credit card info on our servers. Nobody has full access to your information. Rest assured, your personal information is secure with us. We take great care to ensure that all billing is done accurately and promptly. In the rare event that an error occurs, we are quick to rectify it. That’s just good business practice!
